Example if you like a particular food they will try and get it for you and if you like a particular food at breakfast, you will be asked ea morning whether you would like it. And it will be delivered to your table.

We had the pool to ourselves most of the stay, the staff was amazing, apart from one of the receptionist who checked us in, we had a nightmare checking in, this was to do with miscommunication on the hotels part, but was all good in the end. The staff in the restaurant and behind the bar were outstanding
